Day 1 - FRIDAY
Kick off the retreat with a warm welcome, delicious dinner, fun icebreakers, and a meaningful time of worship and testimony as we begin the weekend together.
Day 2 - SATURDAY
Settle into a rich day of teaching, conversation, and connection - with space to rest, explore, and enjoy free time - followed by an engaging evening session and fun activities.
Day 3 - SUNDAY
Close out the weekend with heartfelt worship, an uplifting final session, and time to reflect on what God has done before we share one last meal and head home refreshed.

Extraordinary Faith Women’s Retreat is at Hartland Christian Camp on April 10-12, 2026. Come enjoy a refreshing weekend of worship, fellowship, and encouragement in a peaceful mountain setting. Registration opens January 11.

FAQ's
How will we get there?
Attendees will be driving themselves to the retreat. To make the journey easier and more enjoyable, we encourage carpooling with other women attending. It’s a great way to start connecting even before the retreat begins!

When is check-in/check-out?
Check-in starts at 4:00pm Friday, April 10.

What’s included in my registration?
Your registration covers lodging, six meals (starting with dinner on Friday, all meals on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday), as well as any materials or supplies needed for group activities. Everything is designed to help you relax, focus on spiritual growth, and fully engage in fellowship with other women.
How many ladies per room?
Rooms typically sleep 2–4 women, with a variety of layouts available. When you register, you can list the names of women you’d like to share a room with, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Sharing a room is a wonderful opportunity to pray together, encourage one another, and grow in fellowship as we participate in the retreat’s ministry experience.
Is there a deposit to register?
Yes, there is a non-refundable deposit of $100 per person due at the time of registration.
Can I make installment payments?
Yes! A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. Final payments are due by March 19th.
What is the refund policy?
All deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable to someone else! Consider selling or gifting your ticket to someone else so they can attend the retreat.
Who can attend Women’s Retreat?
This retreat is a special time for women to come together for spiritual growth, encouragement, and fellowship. It’s open to women of all ages, but please note that babies and children are not able to attend. This allows everyone to fully focus on connecting with God and each other during the retreat.
What should I bring?
A packing list will be emailed to everyone closer to the retreat. Here are a few general items: clothing, toiletries, your Bible. Hartland Christian Camp provides all linens.
What if I have food allergies or special dietary needs?
Hartland Christian Camp can accommodate some special dietary needs. Please use the registration form to inform us of your food allergy or dietary restriction and we will do our best to accommodate requests.
